Isha Vista stands as a distinguished vertical of Sagara Beach Resort, dedicated exclusively to medical tourism under the discipline of classical Ayurveda. Conceived as a specialised wellness wing, it brings together traditional healing wisdom and structured medical guidance within a serene coastal environment.

This dedicated centre offers comprehensive Ayurvedic programmes designed to address specific health concerns as well as lifestyle-related conditions. Each treatment journey begins with detailed consultation, which may include online preliminary assessments for international guests, followed by in-person medical evaluation and diagnostic procedures upon arrival at the unit.

Based on individual constitution, medical history, and clinical findings, personalised treatment plans are carefully formulated. These may include cleansing therapies, rejuvenation programmes, herbal medications, dietary regulation and supportive lifestyle guidance. Continuous monitoring ensures that therapies are adjusted thoughtfully to achieve optimal outcomes.

Through Isha Vista, Sagara Beach Resort extends its commitment beyond leisure and relaxation, offering guests a structured and authentic pathway towards restorative health, guided by tradition, discipline and professional care.

Dr Aswathy Y. S. is an accomplished Ayurveda physician, researcher, and Panchakarma specialist, holding both an M.D. and Ph.D. in Panchakarma.
